You are never entitled to the fruit of someone else’s labor. If you were to rob your neighbor at the threat of throwing them in a cage if they did not comply you would be a criminal. Even if you promised your neighbor that you would use that money to provide goods and services to them and others that they want.
So why is it any different when the state does it? It is not. You did not actively consent. All the goods and services provided by the state will still exist without the use of stolen money. Those services would likely improve since the consumers would have a more direct interaction with the provider, especially since the consumer would want the best service for the best price.
